A long athletic undersized post who is still growing, Chad had flashes of brilliance.  He would block a shot and then dunk over someone, and then he would disappear for long stretches.  With confidence he could be a monster on the boards.  But his inactivity at times is frustrating.  He has to become a more tenacious player.  If he does this he has low major potential.  He also needs to work on his offensive repertoire.  An intriguing prospect.
