He will have big shoes to fill with the graduation of Hauns Bereton and Derrick has the savvy to do so.  But, he is not aggressive enough on either end of the floor.  He also has a tweener quality to his game.  But when he is in the flow he has nice slashing ability and can stop and pop the midrange.  He will have to strengthen his handle and become more active on defense.  Needs a weight training program as well.
